Leaders Coaching

Thank you for being a part of creating a future together where Asian Americans can be faithful and fruitful to the glory of God. In addition to empowering mental wellness, there's a huge need for developing Asian American leaders. Your church has emerging leaders who would benefit from developing & growing their business leadership skills for greater Kingdom impact. 

In this partnership with Catalyst Wellness Alliance and Convene Business Coaching, we will be launching an online peer-advisory leader coaching group for emerging Christian leaders. More than content, Convene has built its processes around peer-advisory groups of high capacity leaders.  

Kevin Nguyen (Ph.D. in Leadership Development) has offered to jump start an Alpha group of an exclusive coaching cohort. Younger Christian leaders are invited to join this coaching experience, which will be a 6-month commitment (2-4 hrs/month) all online.
